I have 3 passions: Family, food, & photography. I'm married to my favorite human being, Kyler, and we have been married for 6 years. We moved from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles in 2019, and we love it here! I am the least picky eater on the face of the planet, but my go-to meal is a burger & fries, with some Salt & Straw ice cream to finish.
I have been shooting weddings since 2011, and have since then become what I like to refer to as a "Professional 3rd Wheel". I have spent years learning the programs, using the best equipment, studying posing & event management, and training with the experts until I became one.
Believe me, I know there are a lot of wedding photographers out there, but I believe the one thing that sets me apart from all the others is this:
I have a super power.
I can freeze time
I don’t just pose and shoot following a “say cheese!”
I freeze the moment you giggle when your groom whispers something silly in your ear.
I freeze the moment mom’s tears run down her smiling face during the daddy-daughter dance.
I freeze in time the exquisite details of your dress that you obsessed over the first time you tried it on and didn't want to take it off.
I freeze the moment you say "I do" and the first kiss as husband and wife.
I can freeze all of these special moments for you, for your kids, and even your kids’ kids.
Because you can get the best caterer, the best florist, and the best venue... but it all goes away when the big day ends. You'll be left wishing you could go back and relive that perfect day. Luckily, you won't just have pictures snapped to remember how it looked, but you will have genuine moments captured & frozen in time for those special days when you want to relive it.
You will have photos that bring your best day ever back to life.
You can trust me to capture those little things you fell in love with, the smiles that melt your heart, and the feelings that you will never want to forget.
-You can count on me to get my groove on while I snap photos of you & your friends partying it up on the dance floor.
-There is a 99% chance I cry during your first dance.
-You better believe the day will get crazy, so I’ll make sure it goes as smoothly as possible. I’ll fluff your dress a million times, and pin the boutonnieres on the groomsmen when no one can figure out how.
-You’ll most likely hear your groom say “Hey, that was actually fun!” when you finish a session.
-I’ve got you covered if you feel “awkward” in front of the camera. All that will matter is you and your love, and it is my promise to help you feel confident and natural while you are the star.
-You won’t just leave the experience with beautiful photos, you’ll leave with a new friend, and you will be a member of the Simply Lovelly family forever.
